1. What are the charges for handling, packaging, and shipping?
Nothing! We carefully package your canvas and send it to you registered free of charge. When we ship your painting we will immeadiately send you a Track and Trace ID so you can check it's progress.
2. What is the turnaround time? 20 days until the painting is ready
8 days for drying and shipping
Total turnaround: 28 days
Note: If you have ordered a custom painting and you want your painting to be ammended, it will take an addittional 4 days approximately.
When sending us the photos via the postal service, the time frames described above start when we receive the photos.
3. What methods of payment do you accept? PayPal – you can pay using your credit or debit card, or by using your PayPal account.
Note:
You don't need to have a PayPal account to complete the payment. When you get to the PayPal website, simply click on the line that says: “Don't have a PayPal account? Click here” (see image) Please don't send us checks
4. I'm nervous about online shopping. How am I protected from any type of fraud? Shopping at Homeland Art is 100% safe. The entire payment process is done by PayPal which is known by it's top security and anti-fraud systems. None of your credit card details are given to us. The only place you enter this information is on the PayPal website.
5. Is satisfaction and quality guaranteed?
At Homeland Art we have created a quality control process to ensure that only the highest quality paintings are offered to our customers. Customer satisfaction with the quality of our paintings is our top priority
6. Does Homeland Art offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. If, for any reason you are not happy with our products after you have received them, you have 7 days to examine them before returning them in the same condition that they were received for a refund. Please contact us before returning any item.
Refunds:
All refunds will be credited back to the Credit Card or PayPal Account that you used to purchase the items, once the product that you purchased has been returned to us in the same condition that you received it.
Damage: You must also report any damage of art products received within 48 hours of arrival.
